Nisin is a polypeptide which is made from Streptococcus lactic. It is a natural, nonpoisonous and effective food antiseptic.

Function:

  • Milk, dairy products, meat products, poultry, aquatic products, can food, fruit juice, plant protein, baking food, fast food, beverage drinks, cosmetics, medicine and health care products.
  • Produce 5% Nisin solution of pure water, mix equably into food by grading extension method; it can use with other antiseptic, suggestible dosage 0.03-0.2g/kg.
